2019 Dairy Research Foundation Symposium

2019 Dairy Research Foundation Symposium

The Dairy Research Foundation Symposium was held in Bega, NSW on the 10-11 July 2019 at the Bega Valley Commemorative Civic Centre and Cedar Grove Farm, Angledale. It was a successful event and was well attended on both days. A high percentage of the delegates thought that topics covered on the day were mostly relevant to their business.

The two day format was kept as per the last two years and the Industry Forum was incorporated with the DRF Symposium ticket.

The FutureDairy Project

The FutureDairy Project

FutureDairy is a national, industry driven R&D program, which ran formally from 2004 to 2017, over 4 funding cycles. It investigated and developed intensified and futuristic dairy systems for Australia. The FutureDairy team is also the Dairy Science team at the University of Sydney, and continues its work in advancing research-based, innovative solutions to help Australian dairy farmers overcome current and future challenges.
This website contains a valuable repository of research that will continue to assist farmers with their considerations toward automatic milking.
